Need a sports physical for your high school athlete?! ⚽
Lakewood Health System and Twin Cities Orthopedics are offering **FREE sports physicals** on Tuesday, June 23 from 5–7 p.m. at TCO Staples – Therapy at The Plaza in Staples.
Students who need a provider-signed Minnesota State High School League physical form for school sports are welcome to register. Physicals take about 10 minutes, and appointment slots are limited.
