Walk with Doc

Community members and patients are welcome to join Dr. Adrianne Moen, Lakewood family medicine physician, for a weekly Walk With a Doc. The first few minutes are spent learning about a current health topic, and the rest of the hour is spent enjoying a healthy walk at your own pace and distance. It’s a great way to get some exercise, learn more about health, and meet new people. The group is free and open to everyone.

The group meets every Thursday, with the first meeting of the month held at the Lakewood Care Center (401 Prairie Ave. NE – Staples) at 4:30 p.m. The remaining Thursdays of each month are held at Lakewood’s Main Campus (49725 Cty. 83 – Staples) at 5:15 p.m. Meet at the Main Entrance.
